  Our store has had some what bad passed but now GM there now has went beyond to put this store in better service all around good. Good store I'm a server there I have been for months I love working here when you come in you always greeded with a smile clean tables good food I you want good pizza come to Gate City pizza hut you'll be glad you did ask for Billy I'll make sure your time at .PIZZA HUT WILL BE THE BEST TIME YOU EVER SEEN. THINKS AGAIN GATE CITY PIZZA HUT

  WORST Pizza Hut I have EVER been in! Where to begin....1)Unlit, uninviting parking lot for starters. Duh. Talk about not knowing how to at least attract more visitors! Least in summer months build an walled outdoor deck with wooden tables & benches and big enough for a band to come play. Sheesh! Do something to make the business more attractive to all that traffic passing by!
  
  2)Brighten up the interior!!! TOO DARK, TOTALLY DRAB, extremely not cheerfully inviting nor cozy & warming!!! YUCK!
  
  3) Cook pizza ingredients! No one likes undone sausage! Really UN-COOKED, UN-DONE SAUSAGE!
  
  4) Server was so happy to have some customers he nearly tripped all over himself to serve us. Checking every 5 min. if we were satisfied or needed anything! Geez! Sad. He at least deserved a extra nice tip & some friendly conversation! So deprived for 'Human communication' other than co-workers he sees everyday!
  
  Have we even thought of returning there? What you think?
